Job Responsibilities:
(1) Carry out job rotation learning and training plans according to company arrangements. The learning and development plan includes the following contents.
(2) Amazon platform store maintenance and management, product uploading and page optimization, promotion and other overall platform operation work.
(3) Statistical analysis of store traffic, product ranking, and advertising placement, continuously adjusting to achieve optimization.
(4) Research and implement emerging marketing strategies in the market, optimize and adjust plans in a timely manner based on promotion effectiveness.
(5) Analyze sales data, FBA inventory data, and develop replenishment and shipping plans based on product sales and inventory situation.
(6) Track various policies and regulations, maintain the positive review rate of accounts and products.
(7) Customer analysis and market research to understand customer demands and market competition patterns.
Job requirements:
(1) Bachelor's degree or above, English proficiency level 4 or above, fluent in English reading and writing.
(2) Outgoing personality, positive and proactive, flexible thinking, able to handle pressure, and good communication skills.
(3) Has a strong sense of purpose and responsibility.
(4) Proficient in operating office software.

This includes HR screening, online assessment, and department screening (some positions include written exams). HR and the employing department will evaluate students comprehensively based on their professional background, project experience, internship experience, and other dimensions.
We will arrange the initial and second interviews as soon as possible based on the actual situation of the students. The interview methods will be arranged on-site or online according to the actual situation.
